Alliance property management was a great rental company while we rented a small house on Church Circle. They always responded very quickly to maintenance requests, their technicians were very polite and professional and the app in which you use to pay rent and request maintenance requests was very user friendly. Overall we had a great experience with Alliance and I would recommend them 10/10.

Nice people, on time, professional, and they actually do showings with hours for people who work normal hours. I refuse to work with companies who don't have a more open hour of operation, it's nice these folks do weekends and later evenings unlike most other companies here in Manhattan KS.
